- Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK and select countries in Europe (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland). We're constantly looking at how we can expand our deliveries internationally, so please do watch this space!

- Tell me more about how sustainable your puzzles are...
Puzzle pieces: made from recycled cardboard, using carbon neutral energy
Boxes: made from recycled pulp board
Belly Bands: made from recycled stock
Folded Leaflets: made by a printer that holds the Vegetarian Society Approved vegan accreditation, uses recycled stock and carbon neutral energy
Drawstring Bags: made from organic cotton, with a GOT certification (Global Organic Cotton Standard)
Circular Stickers: 100% recycled
Shipping Box: Made from recycled cardboard

- How long will my puzzle(s) take to arrive?
This depends on what type of postage you select at checkout, although we do our absolute best to ensure your puzzles will be with you as soon as possible, from the moment you click 'order'. 

- Talk to me about your puzzle pieces...
We've scoured Europe for the best quality of pieces on the market. With just the right level of thickness, our pieces are made to last. They're also made from recycled cardboard, using carbon neutral energy.
