Upload a photo
We check it will actually print well before you can order it, and tell you the largest size it will hold up at.
Play it
Pick a piece count and play it in your browser. Send a link and someone else can work on the same board with you, live.
Order the real one
When you want it on a table instead of a screen, we cut and print it and post it to you.
Personalised puzzle gifts, by occasion
Six ready-made designs for the moments people actually order a personalised puzzle for. Or upload your own photo and skip the catalogue entirely.
Play together, live
Two people, one jigsaw puzzle, any distance apart
Send a link and you are both on the same board, whether you are in the same room or different countries. Pieces move under each other's hands in real time. It is the part people did not expect and the part they tell other people about.
Start one and send the linkWhat your printed jigsaw puzzle is actually like
The honest specifications, not adjectives.
- Print quality
- We refuse any photo that would print below 150 DPI at the size you picked, and we never enlarge one by more than twice. If your photo cannot carry the size, we say so before you pay.
- Piece counts
- 100, 300, 500 or 1000 pieces. The 500-piece board measures 480 × 340 mm.
- Your photo
- Location data is stripped on upload. Your image goes to our printer and nowhere else. Ask us to delete it and it is deleted, not hidden.
What makes a good jigsaw puzzle photo
Not every picture works, and it is better to know now.
Plenty of detail spread across the frame, in focus, taken on a modern phone.
Large flat areas — open sky, a plain wall, deep shadow — make sections that are miserable to solve.
Upload it and we will tell you exactly how large it can go.
Personalised puzzle questions people actually ask
Do I have to buy one to play?
No. Uploading and playing in your browser is free, as many times as you like. Ordering the printed puzzle is the only thing that costs anything.
How good does my photo need to be?
Good enough to print at 150 DPI at the size you choose. Any photo from a phone made in the last few years is usually fine for 500 pieces. We check it and tell you the largest size it will hold up at before you can order.
Can two people do the same puzzle?
Yes. Start a puzzle, share the link, and you are both moving pieces on the same board at the same time. You do not need an account.
How many pieces should I pick?
100 for a child or an evening. 500 is the usual choice for a gift. 1000 if the person likes to be kept busy for a week.
What happens to my photo?
We strip its location data, store it so you can play and reprint it, and send it to our printer if you order. It is never sold, licensed, published or used to train anything. Ask us to delete it and it is deleted from storage.
Can I return a personalised puzzle?
If it arrives damaged or faulty we will replace or refund it. Because each puzzle is printed from your own photo it cannot be resold, so we cannot take back a change of mind once it has gone to print.

Playing it costs nothing. Decide about the printed one afterwards.
